Terms & Conditions
All applications must be accompanied by the relevant fee, payment in full must be received prior to the attendance of any course.
In case payment is not received in advance the participant will not be allowed to attend the training session.
Payment can be done by Online Banking and Cash to Head Coach – Pro Hoop Personal Coaching Services.
Once payment is received, registrations and or bookings cannot be cancelled.
10 session packages must be finished in 1 month time period, therefore student needs to participate all classes scheduled. In case any excuse like sickness, student can cancel the session ( max 2 ) by giving a notice prior 12-24 hours to the Head Coach.
The parents must ensure that the participant is physically fit and able to participate in sporting activities and accordingly accept all risks resulting from participating to Basketball Classes.
In the event that the participant needs medical attention during our training sessions, under these terms and conditions, the parent or guardian agree to us arranging any appropriate and necessary treatment.
The Coaches and Coaching Services are not responsible for any injury, medical issues or death occuring during the practice sessions and timings.
The cost of any injury or damage caused by you to any participant of the classes and group will be passed on to you.
Personal Coaching Services will offer makeup sessions to those participants who missed sessions due to illness/injury. A doctor’s note/certificate must be provided in order to redeem any missed sessions. This must be communicated and the Certificate from the official health institution must be provided.
The Head Coach should be in line with the makeup classes and should be informed prior to makeup class requests with requested date and time.
If the scheduled makeup session is not attended, no refund or further credit note will be made available (makeup sessions must be completed within the package time in the month)
I hereby understand and accept all above mentioned points and accept that sometimes videos and pictures can be taken during the session and I consent for such material to be used for marketing purpose.
